In an effort to help our customers achieve their IT requirements while still respecting budgetary concerns, Freebird Solutions offers several tiers of service plans.  A service plan is a packaged prepaid and often discounted Bulk hours purchase.  benefits of using a service plan to manage your IT infrastructure include:

  • Service Plan customers always receive priority service.  Emergency calls receive immediate attention, regular calls are same day or next day guaranteed turn around depending on the time of day the service call was requested.
  • Reduced hourly rates for onsite and offsite service. The more hours purchased, the more you save!
  • Remote & Phone service and support is only available to Service Plan Subscribers.
  • Remote & Phone service can be perfomred for most non-hardware related issues reducing IT service costs and wait times.
  • Remote & Phone service is billed by the quarter-hour with 15 minute increments thereafter. This feature alone drastically reduces IT maintenance costs.
  • Email support requests are serviced on an ASAP basis for Service Plan Subscribers.
  • No travel charges for Service Call Subscribers.

Freebird Solutions Service plans operate in 2 ways, we offer our own prepackaged service plans, or we can build a custom Service Plan package for your specific needs. We are currently rebuilding our prepackaged Service plans to provide increased benefits, flexibility and features to our customers.  We will be launching the new Service plans on June 1st, 2010.  Please contact us sooner if you're interested in enrolling in a Service Plan before June 1st.
